Unsere Unternehmens-Historie

Our history.

The nucleus of PPS is the company Winter & Co. founded in 1954. The service company of installations for oil and gas exploration companies had the right geographical location between the Emsland and the Weser-Ems regions in the centre of Lower Saxony’s oil and gas production.

We’ve traced back the most important stages on our way from a regional pipeline company to a specialist in pipeline and plant construction that is respected throughout Germany.
