A lifetime connection.

We like taking care of tomorrow’s employees ourselves from the very beginning, and so we put a lot of heart, soul and work into junior staff training. In Quakenbrück, a complete training workshop is exclusively available to our prospective plant mechanics. Every year we award eight of the coveted new apprenticeship positions. In addition, we offer apprenticeships for industrial office workers and motor vehicle mechatronic technicians. Together with the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences at the Lingen campus, we also offer two work/study positions in engineering and business administration. All branches of training are under the permanent responsibility of our own apprenticeship instructors. They accompany our apprentices as careful mentors on their path in the professional world – and a part of their lifetime path.
